Okay, mostly scarlet, and some purple. Always adding alliteration.
After however many years, I decided to try a different lens. I can’t get as close, but I think I like this one better. I haven’t checked for parallax yet, but I have years.

I like all these – especially the last one, trailing, tiny leaves, red head down. Lovely.

I love everything after rain. I agree with An, the last one is amazing. Please drop me a line and let me know what lenses you have. Maybe I can help fill in a blank or two.

I tried maybe 8 shots on the last one, and of course the first of the bunch was the best. I am trying to believe that that means I am better than I think I am.
I’m pretty happy with this lens, so far. It’s a Sigma, which is why I didn’t give it a chance before, but it’s much better than the Cannon lens that came with the camera. I’m trying to figure out how to get a digital Olympus body, so I can use my old camera lenses. I’m buying lottery tickets.

And I like the second-to-last best. Emerging new from the darkness.
